Find your Zen with a daily self-guided mediation practice and journaling prompts.
When meditation becomes a habit, your life will change forever! Studies have shown that meditation increases optimism, strengthens memory and focus, improves sleep and lowers blood pressure. Perfect for beginners or even those who already have a regular mediation practice that are looking for community and accountability.
How it works: For 5 Days (starting Sunday Sept.12-16th) we will practice a daily Gratitude meditation (included when you register). You can join us during the LIVE community meet-ups on Sunday Sept. 12th @7pm and Thursday Sept 16th @7pm where we will practice as a group...or practice on your own time.
Included (all info will be emailed prior to the kick off event):
